US Government Sues North Carolina
Here’s an article about the law everyone is calling anti-gay in North Carolina. Now the US Government is suing NC, which I think everyone expected to see. There are a lot of LGBT people living in NC. I know several of them.
You can read more here. And if you don’t know anything about this law, here’s an article that explains it much better than I can. From what I gather, this law goes a lot deeper than who can use which bathroom. It should be interesting to see how this turns out in court.
Kids Watch ISIS Murder Gay Man
Here’s another deeply disturbing story about ISIS. This happened in Syria.
Children were forced to watch as another young gay man was murdered for the ‘crime’ of sodomy by Islamic extremists on Saturday (7 May).
The barbaric execution took place in front of hundreds of people as the man was thrown by masked members from the top of the building of the Syrian city of Manbij

Pornstar Denis Reed Killed
I always hate to read these things, especially when someone is so young. One of the most well known porn stars in Europe was killed in a motorcycle accident. He didn’t even make it to the hospital.
On Reed’s Facebook, a representative reports that the accident occured when he lost control of his motorcycle at a sharp right bend and crashed into a tree.
On the way to the hospital, the 31-year-old succumbed to his severe injuries and died.
Reed, also known as Jan Velička, Pavel Matous, Ian Voight, and other porn names, started his career in the adult entertainment industry in 2004, and had since become one of the most well-known porn actors from Eastern Europe.
There’s more here and there are a few photos of him. I always hope the body is kind in cases like this and the person didn’t suffer. Sometimes I think it’s the best we can hope for.
