Caitlyn Jenner As Ted Cruz’s Trans Ambassador
I have to admit that I’m even a little stumped with this one. I’m all for everyone supporting the candidate of their choice, and I’ve never slammed anyone because he or she is a Democrat or a Republican. I don’t believe in imposing my opinions on other people. That’s wrong.
However, this just passes me by completely.
Jenner reveals she met Cruz prior to her transition, more than a year ago, “and he was very nice.”
“Wouldn’t it be great, let’s say he goes on to be president,” she tells me in relating a conversation on the tour bus. “And I have all my girls on a trans issues board to advise him on making decisions when it comes to trans issues. Isn’t that a good idea?” she asked me.
“You’re going to be Ted Cruz’s trans ambassador?”
“Yes, trans ambassador to the president of the United States, so we can say, ‘Ted, love what you’re doing but here’s what’s going on.’”
She wasn’t joking.
Maybe there’s a side of Ted Cruz we don’t know about? I honestly don’t know how to comment on this. I could understand Jenner supporting a number of Republicans and I would get it. But Cruz has always been so honest about being anti-gay, it’s hard to fathom. Things like this should make sense, and when they don’t I start to question what’s happening behind the scenes. There’s usually big money involved…or TV ratings.
I think Jenner’s proverbial goose is cooked with this one. Let the Twitter jokes begin.

Caitlyn Jenner Wants a Guy To Take Care Of Her
Here’s another one about Caitlyn…in case you’ve been wondering. In case you’re also wondering why you’re seeing more about her these days, her reality TV show is coming back on and she’s going to be hocking her bullshit from one end of the planet to the other for a while.
“To be honest, if I was in a relationship with a guy, I would enjoy being treated like that; opening doors for you, doing all that would think is the traditional stuff in a guy and a girl relationship. It would have to be a very special guy to be able to do that, but yeah, I would be open to that.”
Her hopes for a “traditional” relationship probably won’t win over her critics, but it shows an open and vulnerable side that we’re sure E hopes will bring in more viewers for the next round.
I still think she cooked that proverbial goose with the Ted Cruz ambassador comment. But she might pick up a few ratings with all this. It’s been known to happen.
Man Who Got HIV While On PrEP
Here’s a follow up to the link I posted about not too long ago about the first person to be diagnosed with HIV while on the PrEP regimen. This time the guy who got HIV while he was taking PrEP is speaking up, and it’s candid.
Oh, yes, definitely. To be honest with you, I stopped using condoms after going on PrEP. I was such as big proponent of PrEP that if I was chatting with someone on a hookup site who wanted to use condoms, it was a deal-breaker for me. I was having sex to enjoy it. And if I was wearing a condom or the other person was wearing a condom, I wouldn’t enjoy it.
There’s a lot more to read, here. I highly suggest it, especially if you are single and you’re thinking about doing PrEP.
It isn’t something I would ever do…not ever in this lifetime or the next…but I don’t want to sound judgmental. In fact, that’s the last thing I’d want to do with something as serious as this. I just hope we don’t start hearing about more guys on PrEP getting HIV.
