Rose McGowan On Hollywood Hypocrisy

All industries have their faults and nothing is perfect. But you have to search far and wide to find the kind of hypocrisy you’ll find in Hollywood. One minute it’s all smiles and that praying hand gesture, and then next they’re stabbing someone in the back or sexually assaulting someone. Or pretending it doesn’t happen in Hollywood. And no one ever hears the truth…until now.

Rose McGowan’s name has been a staple in the news cycle since the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke in October, but she says she actually trademarked what has become her #MeToo army, the Rose Army, three years ago.

During a two-part interview on ABC’s Good Morning America that aired Tuesday, the actress told host Robin Roberts of her intention: “I wanted to see if I could make people — societally, including myself — 10 percent more awesome. The broader message is about thought and about looking at things. I realized, there are no lobbyists for critical thinking. There are no lobbyists for bravery.”
The Benham Brothers Homophobic Op-Ed
The Benham brothers are at it again, and this time it’s with an op-ed piece recently published.
The piece is titled, Mind-Blowing Plot To Sexually Confuse America’s Little Ones, where the brothers go after the school board about confusing little kids sexually. They got upset when the school board decided to focus on diversity in a multicultural society.
We’ve said it for years, and we’ll say it again now: The radical LGBTQ-plus agenda has gone from acceptance, to appreciation, to celebration and now to forced participation. Our kids all will be forced to participate in this revolution one way or another – regardless of what parents feel about it. To say this is indoctrination is putting it lightly. It’s deliberately sowing seeds of sexual confusion into the fertile minds of future generations, and it will be difficult to uproot.
I don’t understand why anyone would want to uproot equality or diversity, but you can read the rest, here. Maybe they need to evolve more.
U of Wisconsin: Hotbed of Sex Misconduct
Evidently, the University of Wisconsin is dealing with quite a few sex scandals. Here’s one of them…
A male student from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay claims an instructor repeatedly contacted on Grindr asking for a hookup. Not only that, but the  instructor allegedly touched the student during class.
Sexual relations between professors and students are against the university’s policy. Not only that, but they can raise legal issues under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
There’s more here. I don’t know how to comment on this one, but there are a few interesting comments with this link.

Armie Hammer Is Sick of This Question

And I’m sick of Armie Hammer.

No links.

End of rant.

Steve Grand’s Two Beefcake Calendars

Steve Grand didn’t just make one calendar with half naked selfies. He made two.

Steve Grand, the openly gay country singer who gleefully parades around in superior jockstraps, is giving fans exactly what they want this holiday season: He’s releasing not one but two fleshy calendars to ring in the New Year.

You can read the rest here. I’m not sure if the proceeds from these calendars are going to charity or not. Other calendars of this kind usually raise money for charities that benefit important causes. I’m not sure who benefits from this one.

You Have To See Channing Tatum In Drag

This is amusing and brilliant. I like it because it challenges the norm with a different kind of gender bending. I think we need that, without shame or judgment.

The actor, no stranger to parading around in drag, is prominently featured in the new video for Pink’s “Beautiful Trauma,” which features the duo playing a button-up couple experimenting outside their comfort zone with various transgressive delights: crossdressing, BDSM, dancing….

Here’s more.  You can’t watch the video at that link, though. But you can see it on You Tube. I think it’s fantastic. Just the sets alone are excellent.
