Gawker Files For Bankruptcy; Noah Galvin Backpedals on Colton Haynes Comments; Circumcised At 25

Gawker Files For Bankruptcy

I’ve posted about the Gawker situation with the Hulk Hogan lawsuit a few times. Here’s a follow up.

The media company just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the wake of the $140 million lawsuit it lost to Hulk Hogan, who sued the company for invasion of privacy after it leaked his sex tape in 2012.

Shortly after the verdict, it was revealed that openly gay Silicon Valley billionaire Peter Thiel had personally financed Hogan’s lawsuit in an act of revenge against the company for trying to out him back in 2007. (Talk about an angry queen with a grudge.)

If you read the comments you’ll see that someone alleges this goes much deeper than the article I’m linking to is willing to admit…or understands. I have no idea how true they are.

Here’s the link.

Noah Galvin Backpedals on Colton Haynes Comments

Earlier this week I posted about Noah Galvin making strong comments about closeted gays in Hollywood, and the way Colton Haynes came out. Colton Haynes defended himself somewhere on social media and now Galvin is saying something different.

I have no right to dictate how or when anybody comes out of the closet; I know how difficult and scary the process of coming out can be, and the last thing I would ever want to do is make it scarier.

He also backpedals on everything else he said, including the “diddle” remark. You can read them all here.

Seriously. You can’t make these things up.

But I have said many times before here on this blog that coming out can’t be forced, and everyone does it in a different way…a way that’s most comfortable for them.

The comments, however, are some of the most cynical I’ve seen in a long, long time.

I think one of the most ironic aspects to this entire article is that most people out there don’t know who the hell most of these people are.

Circumcised At 25

Here’s the story of a guy who got circumcised when he was 25 years old. But he did this for valid medical reasons.

This part is a little graphic because they don’t use medical terms…you’ve been warned.

Wills was born with phimosis, a rare condition where the foreskin of the penis is so tight it can’t retract to expose the head. Phimosis affects just 1 percent of males 17 and older.

“My foreskin was strangling the head of my penis,” he recalls. “[It] was so tight it would fill up like a balloon when I peed and I had to, like, milk my dick like it was an udder just to get the piss out. And it would spray everywhere.”

You can check this out here. There are a lot of opinions in the comments, as you would well imagine.
