Prosecutor Brian Pain said: ‘He was fairly rapidly detained and subsequently interviewed.’

Here’s some advice for people who have a partner with a small penis.

If your partner has a small penis, the first thing to remember is not to freak out. This is not the end of the world, and it certainly is not the end of sexual pleasure. A person with a small penis is just as capable of giving you incredible sexual satisfaction as someone with a penis the size of King Kong.

For the uninitiated, Scotty worked as a self-described procurer of prostitutes and hookers to Hollywood’s elite from the 1940s onward.
