Colton Haynes Looks Happy
At least I hope Colton Haynes is happy. It sounds as if he is, so I’m just following up on a few posts from last week that covered his coming out in public.
He’s posted on Instagram, and he’s been thanking everyone for support.
I especially liked this quote he posted:
He concluded the post with an inspirational quote: “There once was a man who was afraid of his shadow…he met it…now he glows in the dark.”
I have no idea who created that quote, but it’s wonderful.
You can read more here, where there’s an adorable photo of Haynes…it really is a good one.
Now, I think Hollywood needs to start giving him straight roles.
Azealia Banks’ Homophobic Rant to Zayin Malik
You would think that someone named after a bush that’s not even spelled correctly would be a little more tolerant. But that’s not the case with Azealia Banks. She went on a Twitter rant against Zayn Malik, and she’s allegedly lost one job over that already.
Well that was all it took for Banks to show her true colors once again, setting off on a racist, homophobic tirade over the next twelve hours or so, and finding new, creative ways of losing even more respect (if that’s even possible at this point).
In a series of now-deleted Tweets, she said to Zayn, “you a dick rider for real for real. Ride this dick until the wheels fall off Punjab.”
Then it was, “Keep sucking this yung rapunxel dick u hairy curry scented bitch.”
You can check out more of the details here. What I find interesting is that she deleted the tweets, as if anything you put on the Internet can ever be deleted in this universe.
World Naked Gardening Day “Drop Trou”
I somehow missed this one. I had no idea there was a World Naked Gardening Day.
Saturday was World Naked Gardening Day. All across the globe, men dropped trou and showed off their green thumbs because, hey, why the hell not?
World Naked Gardening Day was established in 2005 to promote both gardening and body acceptance.
Aside from the idiotic expression, “drop trou,” I think it looks like fun. And the guys are hot, too. But I always wonder if they hire the cheesy people on purpose to write articles this way.
