Darren Criss Won’t Play Gay Roles Anymore For a Great Reason
I have always loved Darren Criss, but I now love him a whole lot more. He “gets” it. And I think he’s the first actor to actually come out, on his own, and say this. He may have made gay history.
But now he won’t be playing those roles any more.
The First “Christian” Airline
I once knew someone who was so afraid to fly they would only get onto a plane if they were with a priest or a nun. Which, of course, restricted them to Catholic vacation packages there were organized as church group trips.
But this is a first.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has accepted an application from a private operator to become a full-fledged commercial airline. The company would focus on Christian missionaries traveling the globe to evangelize.
Here’s a link. It goes into a much deeper explanation.
The Vatican’s Credibility Issue
I think it’s more of a hypocrisy issue, but few are willing to admit that aloud.
So Pope Francis is planning a sex abuse prevention summit scheduled for February 21-24, 2019, but organizers of the event have apparently become worried the Catholic Church might not have a whole lot of credibility when it comes to talking about that sorta thing.
You can read this one, here. They have a long way to go with this one, starting with accountability.
