5 Hollywood Closeted Gays

Here’s a story about 5 classic closeted gay men in Hollywood, at least according to this source.

It’s actually a video, and you might be surprised by a few. One was married to a woman and kept an open marriage.

Here’s the link.  Sadly, it’s still going on today. And coming out is still such a personal thing it’s not fair to judge.

Object Sexuality: The Guy Licking the Doorbell

A publisher once contacted me about writing a story for an anthology about Object Sexuality. Of course I didn’t know what that was, so I researched it. I found out it’s a type of sexuality where people focus on inanimate objects. These objects turn them on, sexually, and the objects could be anything from a motorcycle to a doorbell. The anthology idea crashed and burned because not enough writers wanted to contribute, but ever since then I’ve always found the topic fascinating.

And this story that’s been trending all week about the guy licking the doorbell reminded me of that anthology. In his case, it might not be Object Sexuality, but I think it’s a possibility at the very least. I wish there was more background on this guy, and more details.

Here’s a link to a video where the guy is licking a doorbell. It was caught on surveillance camera.

You can click the link above to find out more about Object Sexuality. It’s a real thing.

David’s Bridal Includes Same Sex Couples

This was nice to see for a change.

David’s Bridal did an ad with a same sex couple, and it’s been making news lately.

It sounds like it’s an attempt for the struggling retailer to cash in on the same sex wedding market, but I still think it’s wonderful just to see it happen in my lifetime. They talk about the ‘casualization’ of weddings, and adapting to current wedding trends.

The wedding industry is extremely heteronormative, so as more same-sex couples started getting married during the marriage equality movement, they had to come up with their own rules for many traditions and styles.’

Here’s the link to this one.

I read a lot of Ryan’s books, but really loved this one. The main character reminded me of someone… read it and see.
