President Biden Calls Gay Marriage Inevitable

This article mentions how President Biden, 10 years ago, announced his support for gay marriage. I remember that well because no one else was willing to make that statement, not Republicans or Democrats. Hillary Clinton was against gay marriage, until she “evolved.” It’s a shame she evolved after everyone else started to support gay marriage, especially because she’s obviously no expert on good marriages.

But I digress. This is about President Biden. He actually made predictions, and I remember them as well.

“Things are changing so rapidly, it’s going to become a political liability in the near term for someone to say, ‘I oppose gay marriage.'”

So far, all this has come true. Public opinion has also changed, in favor of gay marriage. And now with this new bill that’s been designed to codify gay marriage, Biden will see his comments actually come true.

On Tuesday the President will sign a bill that was passed by bipartisan members of congress to protect gay marriage, especially if SCOTUS should ever decide to reverse legalized gay marriage. And with this SCOTUS you never know.

Here’s more. They get into more about gay marriage and its recent history. And the fact that this is, indeed, gay history in the making.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no-nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
