Mayor Adams promotes LGBTQ NY in opposition to Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ law

I’ve been following Mayor Adams in New York for a while now and I love and respect him. He takes his fair share of hits, but he never backs down to anyone. He a true leader.

This time, in direct opposition to that hideous Governor in Florida, DeSantis, NY’s Mayor Adams is now promoting LGBTQNY as a way to retaliate against the don’t say gay law and all the MAGAs who support it.

We are going to loudly show our support, to say to those who are living in Florida, ‘Listen, we want you here in New York. Want you right here in New York City,’” Adams said in City Hall, where he was flanked by LGBTQ lawmakers.

Here’s more. You know, compared to most parts of dingy old bug-ridden Florida, New York is an expensive place to live. But I still think it was nice for Mayor Adams to do this, and I hope more LGBTQIA people consider leaving Florida for good. Or, at the very least right now that others, like me, #BoycottFlorida.
