Kim Davis Violated Gay Couples Rights by Refusing Marriage Licenses According to Judge

If you recall, Kim Davis was the anti-gay marriage lady from back when legalized gay marriage was still fairly new. She made headlines all over.  Gay marriage is still  new now, but I think it’s become more accepted in the mainstream. 

Kim Davis — the former clerk in Kentucky whose refusal to sign marriage certificates for same-sex couples grabbed national headlines in 2015 — violated their constitutional rights, a federal judge found.
