An LGBTQ Party Charged Straight White Men More Than Twice as Much to Get Inside

This story is about a party in the UK that was geared toward LGBTQ people, but they charged a group of straight white men extra to gain entrance. The entrance fees ranged from $23 for LGBTQ+ people of color to $152 for straight white men. That’s quite a difference. They try to justify why they did this, but not everyone is happy about it.

The party organizers, Pxssy Palace, said on their website that the pricing scale would benefit poorer individuals who could attend for free. Funds also go to providing taxis home to trans and disabled partygoers.
