One Guy’s Account of the Traumatizing Years of Alleged Abuse with Bryan Singer
These stories of abuse about Bryan Singer have been going around for years. I even posted a few things over the years. You can check those posts out here.
Now there’s a new article out in Variety about Singer’s alleged abuse. It’s a first-person account by a guy named Blake Stuerman. He spent 4 years with Singer in what he calls a traumatic and abusive relationship.
I realized I was trapped alone in a room with a violently drunk man. The terror quickly sank in. What had happened? I did my best to calm him down. I chose my words as carefully as I could. Would something I say set him off? I didn’t want to find out.
Here’s more. It’s a fascinating piece and very well written. It’s kind of interesting, too, that it’s coming out at the same time Chris Noth of Sex in the City is being accused of alleged sexual assault. Sounds as though a good deal of Hollywood is a cesspool.
I think it’s also important to note that sexual abuse and assault happens to men, too. It’s not just women. And sometimes it’s even women who are the ones doing the sexual assault.
