Peloton Goes After the Awful “Sex in the City Reboot” with a Brilliant Reply

I know this article isn’t gay news or book news, but it is pop culture, and I have always despised the way this TV show treated gay men. Like pet poodles. It’s so heteronormative and so filled with straight white privilege I could gag. So I’m no fan, and never was a fan. 

With that said, the new reboot actually killed off a well-known character from the show and it has something to do with Peloton. This is where I should warn you about the spoiler alert. If that doesn’t bother you, you have to read the article in full. It contains the response from Peloton that is brilliant.

But the first episode of “And Just Like That …,” the limited series reboot that premiered Thursday on HBO Max and ends with the death of a beloved character after a vigorous workout, has cast an uncomfortable spotlight on the Peloton bike.
