Valor Christian Volley Ball Coach Says He Was Forced To Resign For Being Gay

Here’s another one of those stories about good Christians coming after gay people. They continue to pop up in the news every so often in spite of how much society and the world have changed. This time it’s a Volley Ball Coach who posted something on Facebook about sexuality and marriage, the school saw it, and the school questioned the coach about it.

“What (school officials) said was, ‘We don’t want to make it seem like we’re trying to convert you into being a straight man, but we just want you to be a child of God,'” he said. “I was scared after that, because I felt that I would be released for identifying as a gay man.”

Here’s more. It’s very sad that we still have to go through this.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
