"DaBaby" Homophobic and Anti-Gay with Negative HIV Comments, Olympic TV Ratings are Low but Streaming Is Solid, Ryan Field Books

“DaBaby” Homophobic and Anti-Gay with Negative HIV Comments

There’s a rapper named “DaBaby” who apparently isn’t afraid of showing his anti-gay hate, especially with his comments about people living with HIV.

And he’s scum. Just pure scum.

Performing at Rolling Loud festival in Miami, he invited every audience member to “put your cell phone light up” apart from those who were HIV-positive or were gay men who had sex in car parks.

Here’s the rest. On a lighter note, I guess we all know how seriously we can take someone with the name “DaBaby.”

Olympic TV Ratings Are Low But Streaming Is Solid

I find this interesting because I’ve been saying this for a long time. Younger people are NOT watching TV anymore. I think that’s true for many older people, too, but I see it mostly between the ages of 18 and 40. These people aren’t even bothering to get cable. They stream everything on their phones or devices. Many don’t even own TVs anymore. I know that Tony and I rarely watch TV at all anymore. We stream almost everything.

NBC says average viewership on its website and app surged 76% from PyeongChang and 72% from Rio, a reflection of TV viewers’ rapid migration from antennas and cable boxes to computers and cell phones.

Here’s more.

What readers are saying about “Uncertainty”

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
