No, No Way, Not On Your Life, It’s Not Time For A Season of The Gay Bachelor
I have a problem every time I see a little bit of gay culture disappearing. I know a TV show isn’t a huge thing, but it’s still an example of all the culture they are trying to take away from us. It also sends out all the wrong messages to straight people. I know that I’m a bit overly sensitive because I’ve seen how they straight wash us in books in the publishing industry. That alone is cringe.
Oddly enough, I think there could be a gay bachelor, but I also think they need to keep it real. And that’s not going to happen. They are going to straight wash us, our culture, and our basic instincts and traits as gay men.
With all that in mind, it feels like it would be a real missed opportunity for the Bachelor powers that be to not recast Underwood for the franchise’s first-ever Actually Gay season with an Actually Gay star.
Here’s more. The article itself is actually pretty good and I recommend reading it. They make a few good points.
But no. No way do I think it’s time for a gay bachelor TV show.
