COVID Putting Gay Men's Sex Lives Under Attack, Again, Ryan Field Books

COVID Putting Gay Men’s Sex Lives Under Attack

I would bet money there are plenty of straights out there hooking up as there are gay men. We just don’t hear about the straight sex, and no one ever targets them. But people are attacking gay men again. And that’s wrong.

Stigma is counterproductive. Using shame as a weapon does not achieve the attended public health goal and we all get hurt in the process. We must put an end to stigma around gay men and COVID.

Here’s a link to more. I also think it’s wrong in a general sense to even try to compare COVID to HIV/AIDS because of the way the two diseases are transmitted to other people. And yet gay men are once again being shamed. But they do get into things like Gay Party Culture, which is worth reading about.

I’d just like to clarify that according to WHO, AIDS was not a pandemic. It’s considered an epidemic. Unlike COVID, which is considered a pandemic. However, both terms seem to be used for AIDS.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
