Discrimination Against Gay Men Who Can’t Donate Organs
It’s hard to believe this is still happening so many years later, but here you go.
“Sean did not have HIV, or any other STD’s for that matter,” Snyder wrote in a Facebook post detailing what happened. “But because he was a gay man living in America in 2020 he was not allowed one of his final wishes of donating his organs to help save another persons life.”
Here’s the rest. They’re saying it’s a form of prohibition based on antiqued ideas and stigma.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
