Child of US Gay Couple Who Was Born in UK is US Citizen
This is interesting form a legal POV, with regard to gay people having children. A gay couple from Georgia had a child with a surrogate from the UK. And even though the baby was born in England, a judge just ruled that the baby is a US citizen.
U.S. District Judge Michael Brown wrote in an order issued Thursday that the girl is not required to be biologically related to both of her U.S. citizen parents to be eligible for citizenship.
Here’s how to read more. Frankly, gay people wanting kids is still a little foreign to me but I am seeing many more gay people starting families. As they should be doing.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
