Randy Rainbow’s Older Racist Transphobic Tweets Resurface

And here so many people thought Randy Rainbow was so open-minded, fair, honest, and pure. He comes across as holier than thou. And then you read something like this and you’re like, WTF.

Randy Rainbow, a political satirist and singer who rose to fame on the Internet with his viral YouTube videos, is coming under fire on Twitter this week after several racist and transphobic tweets made as far back as 2010 have resurfaced.

Of course Rainbow dude deleted all the offensive Tweets all from his Twitter account, but someone took screen shots.

You can check them out, here. I think what’s really interesting with these things is that most of us can safely say that we’ve never once tweeted or posted anything transphobic or racist. And I think that’s because it wouldn’t occur to most of us to do that. Most of us are not mean people and we don’t think that way.

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”
