JK Rowling Is Caught Liking Transphobic Tweets

The sad story with regard to JK Rowling and transgender people continues. This is the latest thing I’ve read.

JK Rowling has been criticised for appearing to like anti-transgender tweets targeting a trans woman who has faced years of bullying online.

Here’s the link for more. I didn’t see the tweets in question, and I’m only linking. But a rep for Rowling claims she had a “middle aged moment,” and she liked the tweets by accident, which of course is an ageist statement in itself. But there is more to the story, and more than a few disappointed transgender Harry Potter fans.

I have always found her actions repulsive.

Daniel Newman Shares Phone Number For Sext Messages

Now here’s a nice guy who’s a really good sport during these frustrating times. Bravo to him!

Newman posted a hot video of himself, with this message to his fans.

“Everyone text me 1-404-737-1636 . or click link in my Bio to auto save my number in your phone 🤤 tell kyle to also!”

You can read more, here, and check out the video. He really is a sweet guy. And it’s so refreshing to see something that’s NOT wholesome, family cookie cutter and laced with gosh darns and golly gees. He’s been on East Siders and Walking Dead

“A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he’ll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who’s husband died last year. I enjoyed this story.”

What readers said about “Altered Parts”
“Best Gay Novel In Years. This story will stay with you and you will feel you know every character and the beauty of their home in the mountains of North Carolina.”

While the book is easily readable, it also addresses emotions stereotypes and relationships. I would have preferred it be 3 times as long and tragically most guys don’t find happy endings as depicted.. but in a short book, it provides food for thought, clarity and insight.. far more and better expressed than 99% of gay fiction . I don’t think it could have been done better.
