ER Doc Tells Guys To Stop Hooking Up
This is from a Reddit thread where a health professional who’s been working closely with COVID 19 patients shared a message to gay men about staying home.
“I’ve worked countless hours trying to protect myself and others with limited PPE [personal protection equipment] and treating patients, and seeing posts saying things about how fun the weekend was […] makes me sick!” he wrote.
Here’s a link to more. I’ve seen this kind of behavior everywhere. It’s not just gay people.
Gay Sex and Coronavirus
This is all about professional advice for gay men with regard to sex and passing on the COVID 19 virus. It’s really very thorough and anyone who’s not monogamous and who’s sexually active right now should probably check it out. I learned a few things I never knew before, especially the part about doing it doggie style.
‘The virus can be passed on through direct contact with saliva or mucus, so this would include kissing. The COVID-19 virus has also been found in the faeces of people who are infected so rimming may also be a risk for infection.
