Pete Buttigieg Surges In New Hampshire After Iowa
As of right now I believe Buttigieg won Iowa, but it was very close. He’s almost even with Bernie Sanders, so it’s still hard to predict what’s going to happen in New Hampshire. I’m posting about this here because it’s making history. This is the first time an openly gay candidate has ever gone this far in any presidential election. You can be damn sure I’m not going to miss a minute of that. The Stonewall uprising only happened 50 years ago. This is huge for LGBTQ history and for American history.
The pundits say New Hampshire voters like Buttigieg, seeing him as a fresh face — and an increasingly viable option. He’s generally polling in second this week, just behind Sen. Bernie Sanders of neighboring Vermont.

Veteran TV Host Comes Out As Gay
According to this, a highly well known TV host in the UK shocked people when he recently came out as gay. He’s been married to a woman for 27 years, too. I say this all the time. There are still a lot more of us who have not come out of the closet yet. Don’t pay attention to statistics and studies. Pay attention to stories like this.
“You never know what’s going on in someone’s seemingly perfect life, what issues they are struggling with, or the state of their wellbeing – and so you won’t know what has been consuming me for the last few years. With the strength and support of my wife and my daughters, I have been coming to terms with the fact that I am gay.”
Here’s a link to more. Even though I completely understand this, I still feel so bad for him that he waited this long to come out. It couldn’t have been easy for him all those years.

From the day they meet for the first time until the day their lives change forever, Harrison Parker and Morton Starr were destined for greatness—and each other. A Starr is Born follows the paths of handsome, badly-behaving rock star Harrison Parker and sexy gender-bending performer Morton Starr, who is just starting his career.
Morton is so madly in love with his husband, Harrison, he’ll do anything to please him, including overlooking all his self-destructive issues. However, as openly gay Morton gains more fame and success in the mainstream with his popular gay love songs and his unique gender-bending image, and Harrison continues to slide downhill, there comes a point where everything has to change. And when that climax finally happens, Morton isn’t certain about anything in his future or his marriage.
