I love the desert. We have a condo in Palm Springs that we rent out to guests during the height of the season, and we go in the off season when all the tourists are gone. It’s usually the hottest time of the year, too, but I still love it. There’s something about the desert that’s calming. So if you’ve never been there and you’re looking for something different, this might be something you’d enjoy. 

Although thousands of people dance the night away, attending the White Party is also fun just being in Palm Springs and enjoying the city. In fact, the party kinda kicks off the desert spring season.

Richard Branson Supports LGBT Rights

Billionaire, Richard Branson, recently made a plea that urges businesses to support LGBT rights. According to this article, his plea is related to the way LGBT people are being treated in countries like Brunei. 

Scores of countries continue to marginalise, criminalise and persecute LGBT+ populations. Both Saudi Arabia and Iran have executed gay people in recent years, whilst Brunei has not seen any executions since the 1950s. Why take action now?”
