The LGBT Issues Straight People Don’t See In Bohemian Rhapsody
I’m glad I’m not the only one who brings this discussion up. Here’s an open letter a young guy wrote with his thoughts and feelings about how LGBT content was treated in Bohemian Rhapsody. I couldn’t agree more with him if I tried.
But as a queer person who fears the effect of inaccurate, unfair and markedly homophobic representations of LGBTQ people making their way this far into the mainstream, I find the whole thing to be very, very fright’ning. And while I understand if you’re rolling your eyes thinking the last thing you need right now some angry gaysplaining about a movie that you thought seemed both totally harmless and thoroughly enjoyable, I’d really appreciate if you resist the urge to stop reading — and consider my concerns.
Here’s the link. If you don’t understand a thing that was said above, you might want to read this open letter a few times.
Jaden Smith’s Famous Boyfriend
I like everything Jaden Smith does, so don’t expect me to be objective here. They seem to be speculating.
“I just want to say Tyler the Creator is the best friend in the whole world and I love him so f*cking much,” Smith said. “And I want to tell you guys something… Tyler doesn’t want to say, but Tyler is my motherf*cking boyfriend, and he’s been my motherf*cking boyfriend my whole f*cking life. Tyler the Creator is my f*cking boyfriend! It’s true!”
Here’s the rest. There’s a video. It’s all in good fun.
Religious Leader Who Sent Dirty Pics To Teen Boy
Here’s another Grindr story. This one is about a former Rabbi and a teenage boy.
It turns out Cohen was actually conversing with an undercover agent.
