Max Emerson Calls the Vice President of the United States "Honey"; Hot Young Actor Cast to Play Elton John? Cher Gives Us The Feels For Adam Rippon

Max Emerson Calls the Vice President of the United States “Honey”

This is amusing.

Max Emerson...I had to google who is Max Emerson because I don’t know who he is…went to an Indiana pride event and called Vice President Mike Pence, “Honey.”

Max Emerson’s mission was simple: Go to Pride, find out who hurt Mike Pence. Someone must have done something to make him turn out this way.

Over 1,000 people braved chilly winds and rain over the weekend to participate in the first-ever Pride festival held in Pence’s hometown of Columbus, Indiana.

Here’s the link where you can watch the video yourselves and see Emerson call the Vice President, “Honey.”

Hot Young Actor Cast to Play Elton John?

I saw this trending on Twitter all day. And there seems to be a huge vituperative discussion about it with some typical mean Internet people. Some think it might be a joke, and they’re actually stuck between a chortle and a guffaw.

Breakout Kingsman: The Secret Service star Taron Egerton has been cast as Elton John in an upcoming biopic about the famed musician.

The Paramount Pictures-financed Rocketman will focus on John’s earlier years as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music and sudden rise to global phenomenon in the early 1970s.

Here’s more. You won’t want to miss the comments with this one. They spare no expense in pointing out in the nastiest ways that this is more than flattering for Elton John. Here’s one…

Yeah, that casting is extremely flattering to Elton John. I’m sure they’ll adjust Egerton’s hairline, dress him in Elton John’s clothes and maybe have him put on a few pound but even so.

Cher Gives Us The Feels For Adam Rippon

I’m a big Adam Rippon fan so of course I was happy to see this.

Here’s part of what Cher said in the new Time 100 issue about Rippon…

All figure skaters are beautiful, but Adam Rippon is different. He isn’t just a beautiful skater. He has humility, grace and an incredible sense of humor.
You could see in the leather-harness suit he wore to the Academy Awards that he isn’t afraid to take chances. It wasn’t about the suit, really. It was about the fact that he dares to be different in a world where being different always comes with a cost. I thought it was fabulous, of course.

You can check that out, here. I couldn’t agree with her more. I like the way he does everything.
